Rising Crisis: 1 in 4 people globally are affected by mental health issues, yet stigma prevents many from seeking help.
Accessibility Gap: Mental health support remains expensive and inaccessible to many, especially in underserved communities.
Community Healing: Collective support and shared experiences create powerful healing environments that individual therapy alone cannot provide.

Our Mental Health Initiatives
Free Therapy Initiative
Providing accessible one-on-one counseling sessions with qualified mental health professionals for individuals who cannot afford private therapy.
Healing Circles
Safe, supportive group sessions where participants share experiences, practice mindfulness, and engage in collective healing activities guided by trained facilitators.

Dr. Priya Sharma
Project Saanjh Chair
A licensed clinical psychologist with 8+ years of experience in community mental health. Dr. Sharma is passionate about making mental health support accessible to all and has been leading Project Saanjh since its inception.
